𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞? That is quite the story. The short version which isn’t very short is that my original name was Hank. I was supposed to be the son that Mom and Dad couldn’t have. So they bought me thinking I was a boy. They took me to the vet and were wondering if I had balls. The vet mentioned, I was not a he but a she, So “Her-she” seemed very fitting for a name. So I became Hershey and I have been balling every day since… with tennis balls.

𝐖𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲, 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬? My family also affectionally call me Herb. Herbey. Derp. Derpy doo.

𝐈 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲? Yes, it’s a special day as I was born on the same day AS my dad’s mom March 21st. So, you know I am the special grand pup.

𝐑𝐮𝐦𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐭, 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐭. Yep! my BFF is Otter and he is indeed a cat.

𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝, 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐛𝐞?

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐧? I have a taste for Socks. Not weird as in 1 sock... but hundreds of socks.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞? My human sisters have many stuffed animals and dolls that I have roughed up. Some of them may have been destroyed in my enthusiasm.

Dog of the Month for May- Hershey
